"I REFUSE TO BLOG!!"

These are the words I've vehemently spoken about the possibilities of beginning a blog. I even tried it out about a year ago, but lost interest quickly, most likely due to my bad attitude toward the action. So why am I trying again? Well, I got this shiny new computer, you see. My last one was so slow I was pretty sure it was one download away from explosion. So, I thought, maybe I've inherited a lack of patience in our "instant" society and my slow computer was the actual cause of my hesitance. Maybe I need to be able to blog quickly in order to relish the idea of people reading my thoughts. That's the other thing. Does anyone really care? I guess if one person gets any kind of satisfaction out of reading my ramblings it's worth it, right? You know what, I guess I don't really care myself. Read if you will, don't if you won't. I've tried numerous times to maintain a journal without success and I suppose if I have any chance of sharing my semi-interesting experiences with my grandchildren it must be through the means of technology. And I'm sure by then they won't be interested in reading anything that was actually created by hand. So here you go cyber world! Pick apart my opinions! Or don't.... whatever....
